Through my auto insurance (repairs) - I have used Enterprise 3-4 times over the last year. The staff are friendly and efficient, and they do a great job working with customers. Check in and check out were easy and used almost hands-off technology (good for safety during the pandemic). There are a few recurring issues with this Enterprise. 1 - the tanks are not fully filled, so it is not possible to fill it up to exactly the same level upon return (causing the customer to pay extra /go over). 2 - the quality and cleanliness of the cars has decreased from a few years ago (and it is now a consistent issue). For two of my rentals, I was given a car that had been smoked in and was not usable due to the strong odor. During one of the rentals, one of the cars (back-up to the smokey car) had not been cleaned. I did end up with a very nice car this time, a Kia Soul and it was clean and wonderful. Before renting, may be helpful to request a clean, smoke-free car with a full tank of gas. The manager suggested that they are understaffed and thus unable to fill up cars before sending them out.

I want to say that this enterprise is the best one in Virginia. I rent vehicles in the weekly and monthly basis mostly northern Virginia and I have never got treated as awesome as as they did in this place. The ladies went above and beyond to take care of my issue. I want specially thank Elizabeth. Thank you for all the help ! God bless you always !

I was very disappointed in my recent rental experience. Due to the fact that I gave the company ample notice that I wanted either a Ford Edge or Explorer, because they are much easier for my boss's wife to get in and out of due to her physical limitations. I was assured that one of these vehicles that I requested would be made available for me, and it was not.
