Aside from being a historic site its a lakefront property as well. The buildings capture the original character of its age and intent. Wonderful for our retreat and the great meals were prepared by a known chef in the Richmond Metro Area!
Awesome venue for a wedding reception! Rich history!
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Institute. We spent the weekend, and enjoyed the beautiful Institute. A must see for African-American historical fans.
Checked in on a Friday with severe mental illness and by Monday was able to check out. The Doctors were great.
Very nice ,Loved the people they made you feel right at home.The place is beautiful.
