I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they are always cleaning. The bathrooms are immaculate. The trash is never full. There's not a spec of dust, all the mirrors aren't covered in streaks or fingerprints. Just great environment all the way around.
My membership, Christie Larson, this has been posted under my husband's name for some reason but I'm the one with the membership and I would recommend their facility.
Great place to work out. Friendly staff and very helpful. Very clean.
I don't write many reviews, but this one is exceptionally bad. Extremely poor communication and an unwillingness to compromise on multiple attempts to cancel a membership that began before Covid existed. Customer service said they completely see why there was confusion, but could only blame it on the pandemic and refused to offer any kind of compromise. Extremely poor communication on top of blaming the pandemic for a faulty policy isnt worth the $10 bux per month to rid yourself of your connection to this place. Join a privately owned gym or the YMCA
Machines all have clear instructions on how to use them and what parts of your body each machine works. Locker rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I never feel like I am being watched or bothered while I’m there. I love this gym.
