Stella was overall magnificent! She was very warm and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door until we left. She was very knowledgeable, and didn’t fail to provide all the information needed. She made the process quick and smooth. Please upgrade her office and give her a promotion!

I had the pleasure of meeting Stella today as she assisted me with my Public Storage rental. On a day when the country’s anxiety is at its highest, Stella’s warm demeanor was extremely calming. She was knowledgeable and personable. I felt as if I were talking to an old friend. The customer service at this location is top notch. Prior to meeting Stella , I met another young lady yesterday and she was just as awesome. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. Thanks Stella!!!

Stella was the best customer service lady I have met with in a long time she was outstanding she help me with everything very respectful.even while Stella and I were taking care of my storage unit some guy walk up to my husband who was waiting in the car got very NASTY and very disrespectful to him saying it wasn't a parking spot we just pull there to make sure we are at the right location he was very rude we don't know if he works there or not but being that rude and nasty was not call for management need correct his attitude Stella was outstanding I love her customer service.
