Cornell was very professional and courteous during my leasing. The Storage Units are very clean and secure. I highly recommend them.
Judy (a real sweetheart) from this business's sister storage facility, put me in touch with Cornell (a polite and personable young gentleman), as he had space to park my enclosed utility trailer. The entire transaction, from initial contact with Judy to document signing with Cornell, was a smooth process. You're going to rent someplace, right? So why not from pleasant professional people who make you feel appreciated for your business.
I wish someone had mentioned I’d need a lock. I don’t like surprises. I thought the price was reasonable but the first month is $1.00 turns out to be $25.00. You would have a happy customer if you didn’t advertise one thing then do another. The site was easy to get in and out of.
Great service. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their internet was down the first time I came and they didn't call me ahead of time so I wouldn't waste the trip.
Great staff, clean storage units, safe place to store your extra belongings.
