This is clearly one of the best facilities in the area. It’s cleanliness, security, and quality storage units are unmatched. Chris and Bill, the resident managers, are exemplary and a model of best practices both administrative and facility management.
Bill and Chris were very helpful to me when i called to inquire about a storage unit here in Williamsburg. Also, when i went to the property Bill took me out to the units and showed me one of the units that I was interested in. Also, while on the property I noticed that it was very clean. Both Bill and Chris were very cordial and explained everything involved in renting a unit. I ended-up renting a unit and I feel confident that I made the right choice.
My household goods spent the better part of two years at this location. My things were all safe and kept climate controlled. Bill and Chris are great management, and if I ever need storage in the Hampton Roads area, I will be coming right back!
GREAT EXPERIENCE with the onsite managers at American Classic Storage. The process was simple, management friendly, and rates of course very reasonable. Would recommend that you use the website to reserve the unit and then stop by.
I was in and out office within 10-15 minutes when arriving with a large travel in need of storage. Owners went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
