A very positive experience! Great customer service: friendly, professional and informative. Verzet could not have provide any better service. The facility is very clean and well organized; I feel confident my property is safe and secure.

Verzet helped me resolve my situation. She was very knowledgeable and professional during my transaction. She is an asset to Public Storage. The facilities was clean and easy to come and go.nI would recommend this location to family and friends.nnThe only negative thing is the app for Public Storage must get a little more accurate with reservation.nVery misleading.

Place was nice and clean. The Property Manger, Verzet, was not the nicest person to work with. There were numerous misunderstanding on her part on the information about Moving in and Billing. I signed up online for a unit on 2/15 to reserve a unit starting on 2/22 because i just needed for one month until 3/20 I received a few calls between those dates telling me my until was ready for me to move into and that my month for renting the unit started on 2/15. But that was not true because I didnt have my code yet. Im not sure why she kept wanting to trick my into starting Month early. When it came to Billing, she kept telling me I had to pay for the latter half of March even though I wasn't going to be there. It was borderline harassment because I knew my dates and my charges and Customer Service and the District Manger confirmed them. Thanks to Customer Service and the District Manager, I was able to not have to pay unnecessarily by somewhat con-artist. I just wonder how many people has she tricked into paying more than what was actually needed. Just be careful and make sure what Dates and Charges are what you expect them to be if you decide to get a unit at this location.

We were very pleased by the quality of service we received, notably by Ms. Verzet Clark, who was always professional and always on top of her game. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!
