We were trying to find storage for our 40 foot RV. We hadn't found anything in VA Beach. And a rep from Public storage told us Newport News had a spot available. Linda called just an hour later to confirm what we needed and she was a delight to talk to. She was so helpful and had the best personality. I didn't feel like just another customer. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent! They are friendly and professional.

Tina was great!nI ended up needing a bigger space, so I ended the contract I made with her location earlier than planned, and she was so kind, helpful, and professional through the WHOLE process. Reserved my unit by phone and when I arrived all my paper work was ready to go. The location is clean and nicely kept. Tina gave us the tour and is very friendly and helpful. Best price for a climate controlled unit that I found in a 30 mile radius.
