Clean out and departure from this long standing unit was easy.nnCourteous and willing staff has made this storage experience pleasant.nnI did get a system email with a discounted storage rate when I let them know I was planning to move out.
I would never use this location again. Her car is always there and she never answers the phone or door. The gate is left open all day so no point of a code to get in Bc it’s open. She clearly leaves it open so she doesn’t have to her up.nnI have called over 20 times and knocked on the door. And no answer. I tried to evacuate and no one was there.
Facility is outdated, not well kept at all. And there was several months there wasnt even a gate. Not worth the rental rates and if you value your belongings i dont recommend this facility
Ayannah was SUPER helpful and her customer service is great !! Loved speaking with her.
Mrs. Tammy is the absolute best!!! She’s amazing with how she treats everyone with respect & curtesy!! I love speaking with her, she’s always super helpful & sweet!! No matter what problems you throw at her, she handles them!!! Amazing, I love keeping my stuff here and being able to speak with her!! Highly recommend this location just because of Tammy!!
