Very friendly people that work with you I have had a storage place there for 5 years and they've always helped me out
If you would like to store your belongings at a place that actually was open according to their own business hours, then look elsewhere! I have gone there several times when either there's a sign on the door at lunch saying we'll be back at such-and-such a time and their 30 minutes late to THAT, or the staff has left early at the end of the day. Customer service is barely ok, but you can't get access to your unit after hours during the week (Monday thru Thursday nights) after 5pm (which is really like 4:45pm because the office workers like to close-up shop early and leave). This is ridiculous because they leave it unlocked on the weekend! So, if this was for security purposes, your stuff is unlocked more hours during a given 7 day week than it is locked! HELLO?? Either get a security gate system that allows 24/7 access for renters OR leave the darn thing unlocked all the time because you're not really providing ANY security. The units are old and dingy and don't keep out insects and moisture. I would leave if it wasn't more of a hassel to move ALL my stuff. Pay a little more and go somewhere else! It will be well worth it!
