Nothing positive to say about this place or these people. If they offered free storage for a month I still wouldn’t deal with them. Very rude. They also run cobbs creek storage and they are not kept up. Have water in them and also tried to rent me out a unit that had a customers items in there already. Lots of yelling at me and belligerent. Don’t ask for a supervisor because it’s a relative and she is just as rude. Wasted 1.5 hours of my day and $15 in gas running around between of these two places. Absurd way to run a business
Lawd what a horrible place. Managers also run Cobb’s creek. I wouldn’t use them for free!!
Removed lock and all contents inside. Called to let them know I moved out and they still charged me for a month after. Called them back and they told me whoever I talked to must have not processed my move out. When I said I’m not paying, the lady told me I’m not liable to pay it but they can’t back date a move out because it’s on the computer..so I will still receive notifications of the bill being overdue....
