Hi just want to say All staff assisted me into a new car when I had an unfortunate emergency I appreciated what everybody did to assist me I feel safe here and I would buy another car anytime. A crew were professional courteous and trustworthy and that’s the type of place I want my car to be for all my services Thank You Nick & all staff at Battles Nissan :)

Worked with Nick in the service department. He is such an asset to your company as he goes beyond what is expected to accommodate the customer with excellent service, information, explanation & timeliness of the work to be completed. I had scheduled the service well in advance so I could get a loaner for the day as the work was going to take most of the day to complete. I truly appreciate the excellent service, knowledge & friendliness of all the individuals in the service department & especially appreciate that they wash the car before returning it to you, which does not occur at any other service department. I have been going to Battles Nissan for many years & will continue to use them for years to come!

I have bought my Nissan cars from them, had my car serviced with them...always super pleased with service and friendliness of staff...Butnlost my hearing aid in car between seats...had looked everywhere with flashlights..other friends as well..to no avail...so i took it to nissan and told them my saga asking how much to remove seat...and new service guy said he wanted to pull it in and see what he could do..n10 mins later there he comes beaming holding my aid....not sure who was happier...offered to pay for his lunch....absolutely not...just happy to be of service....Above and beyond...ud83dudc4f

Good service especially from Kyle...he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly and my car got the attention it needed. He even drove all the way to my house since I couldn't come back in time to pick up vehicle when it was done after work.
