Elevation Burger

This is a vegan burger (made im [possible]) all vegan (including the ud83euddc0). It tested amazingly good. Absolutely a good replacement while fasting for Lent.

We ordered via Uber eats. Order was incomplete and wrong fries delivered. We called, heard manager say to put us on hold and “would deal” with us. They hung up on us. When we called back, a separate person answered and said it was Uber’s fault for forgetting parts of our order. You want to support local business, but no customer service. We will move on to another business.

I've been to Elevation Burger in Falls Church and Arlington several times so I believe today's experience was a one off. The service staff were really friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Elevation & Paleo burger to go which each have two beef patties and all 4 patties were pink to pink-red inside which is not my regular experience at either location.

This place is superb and broad, the menu was delicious and the rates were very fair. rapidly, productive service and very welcoming staff. Recommended.

Ordered on-line but made a mistake of an additional burger. I arrived there and was told my order was on the counter being prepared. After three people received their order and waiting for almost 45 mins the worker approached me. I verified the order and the “No condiments” written in the Special Section wasn’t adhered to. Only needed an additional burger and there seemed to be Communications problem.
