I love this gym! Friendly staff, good price, lots of space and great exercise equipment. There is something for everyone. If you want to swim, they have a pool. It you want to train, they have personal trainers. If you have kids, they have a play area. One of the best gyms I've been a member of. I highly recommend you come by and get a tour.
I love this place. Have been going to One Life for over 10 years and this is an amazing facility. The GM and other staff are very helpful and give good spots.

This one life is one of the smoothest running gyms I’ve ever been too. The staff is very helpful and progressional, and it starts with the leadership at the top from the GM.
LOVE it here. I joined in the beginning of January, and I’ve enjoyed every minute. I come in 4-5 days a week and even on busy days I still get a complete workout in.
