Poor hours and minimal equipment if you want anything other than cardio. Good luck trying to go during early morning or mid afternoon. Only plus is the staff is very friendly and likes to help.
Great alternative to use when the main gym is busy, and even better with the 24/7 after hour pass. Always clean
