Als Towing is amazing. Customer service is great. We have a repair shop & need help for customers that are having an already bad day. Unlocked my car in moments and was at my house quickly.
Don't get your car towed otherwise you won't have to deal with this pathetic business that has no etiquette behavior or sympathy and as a result is charging additional hidden fees based off their facility and keeping your vehicle stored. Don't expect customer service here either, everyone who works there literally will not care about your situation. Don't waste your time!
Staff in the parking lot made a bad day worse. They had no idea why we were there but assumed we wanted conflict. So they immediately began alternating between being rude and being unhelpful. At least the person on the interior was helpful and got us out in short order. Next time I will choose anyone but them.
