U-Haul truck is fine but do not let the slimeballs that work in the repair shop help you with checking out the truck. They will lie and smile while they fill out the report so that when you come back they can check in the truck and charge you extra gas. Had to call U-Haul to get it fixed. Just do mobile check in/out and refuse to let them be involved! Be careful with these guys

The guy told me the van I needed was reserved and I said I only needed it for 2 hours he said ok that’s fine, came back after two hours and they had left. The sign on the door said they would return at 9 waited until 11 pm no showed and I came back at 1 am then got charged extra $200 for no reason. Now I can’t get in contact with them. WORST ever I will NEVER GO BACK to these people.

I reserved a truck for a 2 hour pick up, to pick up a piece of furniture 6 miles away. It took over 20 minutes to get the truck, so now I only had 1:40 to get the job done. I was told numerous times if I was late I would be charged. I returned the truck with 10 minutes to spare BUT they had their gas pumps not working. I was told I needed to replace the 12 miles in gas so I did BUT THEN I WAS CHARGED FOR GAS! I even had the pictures of the gas gage and my bank statement.... Most expensive rental to pick up a futon. Not worth it and UHAUL customer service, EVEN WHEN I SUBMITTED A GAS RECEIPT, did nothing. So never again UHUAL in general, especially with so many other companies in the area. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I'm not sure why someone said this store is no longer here; it is - it's in the gas station/car shop.nnAnyway, renting a van was super easy and fast, and the customer service was excellent all around - from an easy rental to an easy return, this was a great experience.
