Rafael at the Public Storage Facility (Butler Road/Bethesda) knows how to make the customer experience stress-free and pleasant. What a gentleman. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He showed me the different size units and their locations, helped me decide what supplies I needed and gave me great advice. The facility is very conveniently located in the Friendship Heights area.
We just had a fantastic experience at Public Storage on Butler Road in Bethesda, MD. The online registration & payment process was very easy, and when we arrived, Rafael, at the front desk was very helpful. He explained how to use the access keypad, showed us where our unit was located & how to lock and unlock the unit. The unit itself was clean and bright, and the perfect size for all of our belongings. Thanks again, to Rafael for everything! I highly recommend this location.
I had a great experience moving and storing my items at the 5423 Butler Road, Bethesda, MD 20816 location and moving out. The place is kept very clean, the timings are very convenient in the mornings, evenings and weekends. The manager is very courteous, friendly and efficient. If I ever need a place to store my things again, I will definitely choose Public Storage at this location, without a moment's hesitation! All in all, a very pleasant experience.
