I want to commend Katie at Public Storage. She was so helpful and so pleasant. She answered all of my questions and then provided tips about properly storing items in my unit. Extremely patient and pleasant. The facility was clean and well lit.
Simply outstanding! I just rented a storage unit with Public Storage at their at 880 South Pickett Street, Alexandria, VA location . The facility is superb and the staff is very customer focused. Antoyne and Katie did a terrific job helping me get exactly what I needed!!!
