I had a very positive experience at Extra Space Storage. John and Eric were warm and friendly and were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. John explained the services offered very well and helped us make the best choice for our needs. We had visited a couple of other storage sites the same day, but chose Extra Space for the quality of services offered, the competitive price and user friendly company policies. I would recommend to anyone to rent storage space from this company,
John and Eric at Extra Space Storage Shawnee Rd provided us with excellent customer service. John, showing us the available unit and around the facility. The facility is clean, secure and with plenty parking. Although the only large available unit didn’t work for us we are keeping this storage location in mind for our future storage needs.
This facility was great. It’s newer and clean. The staff was always helpful. I highly recommend this storage to work with. I was able to store my stuff safely during my moving process.
Worked with John at the Alexandria location. He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. It was an excellent experience for my first storage rental. Highly recommend this business.
