I have been using this facility for many, many years now. There have been some good managers but Mary is the best by far. From the day she started working at the property the place got cleaned up quickly. That was in early January 2019. She cleaned all the doors, swept the floors, kept the bathroom cleaned as well as the outside of the building. She is always making sure the place is neat and clean in spite of people leaving stuff that should be thrown away. She was missed these past few weeks because things got dirty while she was out on leave. So glad to have her back with her smile and hospitality. I hope she will stay a long time at this facility.

Mary is committed to producing work that meets high standards. She is always looking to improve the quality of her service and immediately reaches out to us (the client) to answer back on questions we ask, in a timely and efficient manner (Some of my friends also store here, and they had similar experiences with her). She frequently goes above and beyond in her efforts to ensure consistency and provide quality units that exceeds expectations. I enjoy storing here for not just convenience, but for how her work ethic is!

Don’t know what happened to my review but will write this again. Mary is a wonderful customer service representative. Public Storage is lucky to have her. She helped me get a discount on my unit which helps me with my limited senior budget.

So impressed with the management of this property. It's always clean; everything works. Mary Heard (Manager) is so personable and helpful. Other staff top-notch, too. Easy reservations and access, great hours. The whole process was seamless. So happy with my choice. Highly recommend!

I would like to say have been dealing with this location for 2.5 years. I want to give the Manager there Mary 5 stars but Public Storage gets a 4 and lower. Places during the Covid pandemic held late fees because people were losing jobs, getting sick, dying, or just going through the ringer. Public Storage is still charging late fees and their raising rent at more than 20%.... Inflation no more than 1% and God 10%(what's up with that). Can a customer get a break remember there's a couple of places down the road cheaper.nnThanks again for the awesome Manager!
