I've been using this storage unit for almost 2 years now. Meleah was so helpful getting me set up and finding the right storage unit for my needs. Gail and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly; they always help out with my deliveries if I'm not physically there. Also, I always enjoy my interactions with Kevin, who is the custodian there, he does a great job taking care of everything and everyone. We always have great laughs and great conversation during my visits. I truly enjoy my customer experience here, and the building/parking area remains very clean, AC controlled, and secure! :-D

Truly great customer service! The staff are exceptional and really helped me to get everything squared away. Answered all my questions fully and with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot Say enough good things about this place. Was able to close out my unit with in a month so I only Had to pay a short fee at the beginning. They were able to close me out super easily via finding my unit empty with no lock after I moved All my stuff out. I have Never had an easier experience with a storage unit company. Would highly recommend

Hands-down the best storage and moving supplies business in Arlington. For my last 2 moves, 2018 and now 2021, I've used Self Storage Plus for short-term storage and to purchase boxes, etc, and could not be happier. The staff is efficient, professional, and also will go out of their way to help, including advice to save money by only getting the supplies/storage you need. Plus, their facility is super clean and secure. I could not recommend Self Storage Plus more highly!

I had such an Awesome experience with this storage facility. It is very clean, no hassle and it meet the need. I highly recommend this storage space. If I ever need a place again, Self Storage Plus will be my choice.
