Sasha was extremely helpful in setting up the pass code on my phone. It works great to get in and out. The units are clean and the storage is very secure. Unfortunately the hallways are narrow so you need a small dollie to maneuver around the units.

Typically I am the type of person to stick to what I know, but recently I had a bad experience where I normally go to buy packing supplies. I decided to try this location that is near my house , and can I say me and my fiance were definitely not disappointed! The young lady here was nothing short of professional , and helped us out so much. They had everything we needed and more can I say we have a new favorite place for packing supplies. Thanks again! We definitely will not hesitate to return if needed. I am usually not a person who does reviews but I told her for her service its the least I can do!

I will always recommend this place over any alternative thanks to the amazing customer service. I really have to hand it to Dave at the front office - he made the process so easy, and when I had questions about changing my unit he made all the options so clear to understand. Thank you, Dave!

I cannot express in words how helpful Jennifer was in communicating with me and getting me find the right storage unit. She was phenomenal and provided me with the uttermost customer service. She was so kind and I was very lucky enough to meet and work with her when I was looking for a Public Storage place. This place is well kept and seems very secure. I will recommend this Public Storage place without any hesitations to my colleagues and friends. Thank you so so much Jennifer and your team. Keep it!!!

I made a trip down from MA to store some of of work items and called and reserved a storage unit. When I arrive I was met by Jennifer the manager, Jen not only provided me with superior customer service, she made sure I had everything I needed and also assisted me in getting an up graded storage unit when my movers delivered my house hold goods into the area and I needed a lager unit. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, Jen and the Public Storage Operation she runs is at the top of my list for taking care of the customers at a very high professional level. I was amazed at how clean the place is and the drive through bay is the best I have seen. My movers had an oversized tractor trailer that they were able to pull right in and drive through the bait when they unloaded my storage items. This operation is flawless!
