Unreliable, mediocre facility, bad customer service. I don't write reviews but my experience was particularly bad. Moved from across the country and showed up to find out they were closed even though their hours showed they should be open. There are better options available elsewhere. Definitely worth spending a little more at another company for reliability, better facilities, and good customer service. I complained to customer service and they did not meet my requests to refund all my extra expenses. And they do not pro-rate the last month's rent.
Called the place ahead of time and was told clearly they would be open. Drove an hour only to find place closed. Happened twice. Completely unreliable location. You get what you paid for. The storage is cheap but there is no guarantee they will actually be open.nnManager Isai is worse. Politely asked for a refund for a portion of my storage fees due to all the inconvenience and he offered me $1.50!nnAt this time I have to recommend looking elsewhere for storage.
This is the worst storage area I’ve ever used. They don’t open on time some days but they rush you to leave before closing. The store manger is rude. The elevator was down yes they only have 1, he told me to use the steps how rude and careless. He also had no clear answer when it would be fixed. This location raised the the prices for maintenance. I haven’t seen not one maintenance truck here yet. (I work right beside it) The hours don’t work for a person working a average work day 9-5 (they close at 6) I asked were they going to extend the hours back nobody knows. I’m switching storage units ASAPud83dudc4dud83cudffd
Overall my experience was fine...But it was definitely overshadowed when I found the mouse on the ground and no one made a big deal about it. A mouse in my storage unit is not really acceptable especially since I was storing clothing and things in there. I just think it would’ve been nice for someone to reach out and say hey, we would love to offer you one free month or whatever just to make up for the fact that there’s really shouldn’t have been a mouse on the third floor in a climate controlled storage room. I was paying a lot per month for that room.
Just reserved my unit with StorQuest and am already so impressed by their service! I called customer service to confirm my reservation and the rep was so kind and organized. They also offered me a great deal compared to other units in the area!
