Great service. Driver was on time and courteous. Car arrived to my destination with no issues. Would recommend to family and friends.
Someone is parked in my RESERVED parking spot. It’s been 5 hours now and no towing truck has showed up. I call back and the man in charge has no clue where his employees are. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 1 star is too much of a star for these people.
I don't usually write negative reviews so that I don't ruin other people's business but this company is unreasonable and incredibly rude. I feel like all they care is just tow other people's cars and make money. I caught that they tried to tow my family's car and asked to please leave the vehicle but they just wanted my money. They completely ignored me and threatened me that he was going to send me jail because I knocked his car window to ask their business card so that I can pick up my family's car. Unbelievable.
