Unfortunately, none of the roses were in bloom when I went to visit yesterday, but there was still a river to see and a lot of wide areas for picnics and grills. There were a lot of people just relaxing and spending time with family. There was some noticable litter, especially near the river, but the area was well maintained overall. Would go again.
11/10/20nI enjoy coming here to speed walk and run here with my wife. I find the scenery around here beautiful and relaxing. I especially like running/speed walking near the water.nnSince coming here this year, I am seeing some familiar faces, as we pass each other on the trails. We just might come back here tomorrow for another walk/run.
I got my prom pictures here. My mother and I come to relax here often. It's beautiful.
Hidden gem! I lived here for 20 years, passed by its sign many times, and only recently took a detour on a trail and stumbled on this. Beautiful, peaceful, and meaningful.
