Dr. Michael Mort suggested, and guided me through the Trademark Process for my brand. I didn't think much of the importance at the time, until it became important. Someone else owned the URLS and was building a business using my company name. I am so grateful that I met Dr. Michael Mort Esq. His firm Agent Place Law helped me register a trademark and write a NDA to protect a project I am getting off the ground. I wouldn't make a move in business without consulting his firm first. He has since helped friends with their contracts and sales agreements with their company. Any kind of business document should be looked over by a business lawyer and specifically Argent Place Law prior to signing it. Why wouldn't you protect yourself? I highly recommend reaching out to the firm and finding out how they can protect your business.
