Called and the person put me on hold and at the end call was cut by them. Called again and never answered. I called another attorney Wilson from Manassas and they were not that arrogant. I think a lawyer has to be humble as well as his staff.nnUpdate: I went through Facebook and in less than an hour Mr. Carlos answered back, we were able to talk over the phone. He explained about being short of staff, so Now I am raising the stars since he is really helping me from that moment Thank you.
