I don’t ever write poor reviews but this really upset me. I had called 3 days ago needing help with a POA. After explaining my situation the receptionist wasn’t too sure that they could help. She asked for my info but I was reluctant on giving it to her seeing as I didn’t want to waste their time or mine. I told the receptionist that I’ll just call somewhere else but she insisted on getting my info so she could find out and give me a call back. She really seemed like she wanted to help but clearly they forgot about me because I never got a call back. The POA I needed was urgent too. A call back would’ve been appreciated regardless if they couldn’t help. Luckily I was able to find assistance elsewhere.

Richard did an outstanding job providing my wife and I sound legal advice for an egregious issue with a local builder. He was extremely responsive to our questions, and always stayed one step above the opposition providing us with multiple actions/counteractions to any new information. Attorney Richard is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. He is very quick to respond to email and phone call. He always help me the best of his knowledge and I really appreciate that he takes time to discuss any problems and issues that I have and help me resolve all those problems. I wish he lived closer to my house so I dont have to drive to his office.
