Hampton Inn Gloucester

Visited my friend and his daughter at Hampton Inn, Gloucester to give his daughter her Easter gift. They have rooms put aside for the homeless to live for six months. It's the most noble action for a hotel to take. When I need a room or my company does, I will pick Hampton Inn over all the other hotels and motels in Gloucester because of their compassion towards our neighbors that need housing and respect.

The hotel itself was great. Very clean, very comfortable... We had a room below a VERY noisy family, for 3 whole nights!!! It was non stop booming and running above our heads, it kept us awake late and woke us up early each night and morning... Nothing was done to help with that, even after we complained several times. We were even denied when we asked if we could move to another room!!! Other than these issues, it was a great hotel.

Large clean rooms. Hotel is located near many fast food restaurants as well as several local restaurants. Not serving breakfast right now due to covid but they are providing a snack bag to go.

Stay is great. Just miscommunication about multiple day stays when it comes to replacing towels and in room coffee. They provide a bag of goods for breakfast vs hot meal, understandably. Overall great.
