Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Williamsburg

We truly had an incredible time here and felt it was worth the money. The staff all seemed genuinely cheerful and eager to make our stay a pleasurable one. The lodge felt up to date and very clean and efficient. I'm pregnant with 4 kids 8 and under so any vacation would be exhausting- but Great Wolf Lodge really made it so kid friendly! The rooms were designed well for the kids to actually SLEEP in their bunk rooms, unaffected by our lights. Little details like the room key being on your wristband and towels provided at the pool made it so much easier, as our hands were always full of kids. There was plenty to do in the water park for all ages, and the arcade was really fun when we needed a break. The atmosphere was just so nice - a lot of families enjoying their kids and a lot of really happy kids. We loved being able to take a short walk back to our rooms for naps and then back at the park. We stayed 2 nights and were all happily exhausted and ready to head home after our 3rd day of swimming. Highly recommend.

Great experience. My family had a blast here. The water park is amazing and the staff is really friendly and accommodating all the time. My friend and I had to nurse our babies so we went to the restaurant and asked the manager (her name was Lisa) if we can just get a corner somewhere to sit, she literally went to the front desk for us to get a guest room’s key and took us to the room herself wow. She gave us an entire room and didn’t even mention any time limit. I think that was very kind. I definitely recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

This was my first time ever going to the great wolf lodge... there rooms were clean.. when i need something they came on a timely manner... the water park clean no issue & the lifeguard that was duty when we were there help my daughter and didn't waste any time jumping in the water to help thank you again... i must say i will be coming back hopefully soon.. thank for everything they done

We went for my daughter's birthday. This was our first time here, ever. Everyone was wearing a mask and the check in people were very helpful. The email stated to arrive at 4 PM to check in. We arrived at 4:10 PM. Our room was not ready. We didn't get a room until 5:30 PM. We were already so tired that we did a couple magic quest games, ate dinner and went to bed. The all you can eat buffet was very little. Not a lot of picky kid friendly options. The lines were also crazy long as people would bring 6 kids to wait in line with them. By the time we waited and got back to the table it had already passed 30 minutes. Kids were not hungry at that point. The pool was great. Although you have to get there early, 9 AM, to save a seat because it gets crowded very fast. To save money, we brought our own food and just ate back in the room. The arcade was a lot of fun! And they had plenty of staff walking around to make sure things were being cleaned. They even had staff walking around with boxes of masks if they saw people without them. People kept their distance which was also nice. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. Although my husband and I found some blood stains on the sheets of our bed. We brought this to management attention and nothing was done about it. We might think about coming back IF we bring our own sheets and blankets.nn2 stars because of the room not being ready at time of check in AND the dirty sheets.

Nice for kids of most ages. The owner should definitely use some of the money that theyre making and put it back into the hotel/rooms. For the amount your paying the bathrooms and hallways could have been nicer. Hallways were very dimly lit. Shops were nice. Water park was awesome. Breakfast buffet could use some work.
