Don’t go in at 3:45 thinking They are going to help you. They Count the money drawer 30 minutes early so they don’t have to take any more customers

They could not be less helpful if they tried. You have to call and get spoken down to before they open mail that has been sitting in their office over a week. Don't bother giving them time to do their job. Start calling 4 days after you mail something if you don't want it to get forgotten.

Nicest staff in the clerks'office! I called several times and was given correct information.Upon check out they were quick and kind.

Margret in circuit court was of NO help! Requested divorce packet (as every states circuit court should have) and could not get anything (probably being lazy.) Did NOT ask any legal advice, only for divorce packet so I may file through the court. You will get NO help from these people!

I went in to collect some paper work i was asked to step to the window at the 3rd floor circuit court clerks office ...the clerk Margaret was rude because as soon as i went to introduce who i am and what was needed for my job she cut me off after two words then walked away and return to her desk..okay no problem i completed what i need so i go to another desk to pay for the paper ..no one is there and the lady there act as if i wasnt standing there until i walked out the door she said something when the door was closimg behind me ..went back to the window where Margaret Clerk of court was at i explained to her what is going on rudely she ask where the paperwork i dont know thats why im back ..so another woman came from the back and finally help ..even though she didnt want too you call tell by her demeanor so i got the paper work now im ready to pay ..so Margaret sent a black lady to the desk for me to pay i heard her call her name ..for what i have no idea ..so shes comes to the desk she was just neutral i guess ...not.one time was i rude to any of the women who are PAID to assist those who visit the court to complete importanat business.. Hopefully i do not have to come here again ..but if i do i now know what i am facing ..rudeness,classless, unprofessional clerks unfortunately it seems from other reviews i have read no ome is taking into consideration to retrain the clerks.
