The lady Ty who picked me up was real nice and helpful with our bags. I would recommend her and the taxi company to anyone ! I love the energy coming off the crew if your thinking of calling Ty don’t think just know you will get to where you need to go with a reasonable price

DON’T DO IT!! Scheduled a pickup the day prior for 0540 in the morning. Called 20 min prior to make sure. This person was just rolling out of bed. 51 minutes later they picked me up saying that I should be good because it was a small airport. Surely I missed my flight. In addition to that when We got there I asked if he had change and of course he didn’t had so instead of paying 24 it ended up being $40 for a delayed cab that made me miss my flight!! Just don’t do it please.nIf I could only give them 0 stars.
I work at CNU in Newport News i need a ride to work and i call American Taxi. The nice Lady driver her name Ty was on time very nice and professional. I ready like the service. I will continue to call American Taxi. Thank you for your service God bless the Company and their Drivers.
