Lady answering the phone was very rude, no customer service skills, cancel my friends pickup just because her attitude, she doesn’t want to pick up Spanish customers (discrimination) she mentioned on the call because the person for whom I scheduled the ride was Hispanic (no English) I am disappointed that people in this industry can treat others without compassion.... this is not good for a company.

I love triangle taxi since moving into Williamsburg area I been using them every since I recommend this taxi company very professional.... Ali Always picks me up and bring me to work on time!! And always there when I need and ride... I always book my rides ahead of time and are always there to confirm pick early..... triangle taxi is the best choice if you’re in need for a nice comfortable enjoyable ride ride ...

I love using Triangle Taxi and have been using this service all year. Ali is great and picks me up at all the odd times of day when I work and have no one else to depend on! I don’t know what I would do without them. Cheaper, far more reliable and always available unlike any other services including Uber and Lyft.

The device is great.They are always on time and very respectable,and understanding of your time.They are a great blessing to me and many others who do not have transportation.The owner goes out his way to do for his customers,weather you need a ride two blocks away or an hour away,you can count on triangle taxi to be there when you need them.I know that during this pandemic that my driver Ollie is putting his life on the line to make sure his customers get to there destination,and he is doing a great service to me and everyone else and I truly thank him.
