90% don’t wear masks even though the policy says masks required when not actively exercising. Staff usually doesn’t wear one or wears it on the chin. The few benches which are closed for social distancing - still are being used by members who don’t care.nnI’ve never seen an employee in the 3 years here ever even walk around or remind people to have some common courtesy.nnMy family and I will quickly terminate and join 24 Hour Fitness.
So sad to see this gym is getting worse day by day especially when it comes to these guys who work at front desk. Today, as soon as I stepped into the front desk the Asian guy at the front desk was so rude and he doesn't even know how to communicate with people!! He think that he's controlled the gym by the rude way of checking the temperature...nnThe management should do better job to train him how to communicate with people in better ways.nnCan't wait to finish my yearly contract and will never come back to this gym. There are so many better fitness places for the same price and much better in everything especially in communications.
Everything was clean and well organized. Having temperature check when checking in and having machines not available for social distancing. Would be nice if they would enforce wearing mask when working out more but mask are required to come in.
The customer service has been great... I had to make some changes due to kids being off at college for the time being and the staff made it a really good experience... much appreciated.
I love the staff and energy of the club. Well over due for new equipment. 45 plates are chip. But love the location
