Be Prepared! British Swim School has changed their billing policy as of March 2019. Families going on vacation or needing to cancel a class will be charged a make-up fee in addition to the already charged class fee. If the family chooses not to schedule a makeup they will still lose the already charged fee of the class.nOther swim programs in the Falls Church area offer similar class size and similar pricing, however are more flexible with advance cancellation or makeups. One program offers one free makeup a month and another program offers unlimited free makeups as long as the family notifies one day in advance.nManagement was not willing to change their policy despite their hearing about their competition.nBritish Swim School has now become the least flexible swim program in the Falls Church area taking into account families everchanging schedules. Our family will not support a company that has policies that penalize the family.

I really didn’t want to write this review , because they are teaching kids very well and we removed our kid from the class because of crazy schedule . However they charged us 2x and we called to cancel and get a refund before beginning of The first class fromnThe following month. That was a month ago , we even spoke to literally every employee and didn’t find a solution for our refund for almost a month , they are all saying that they need to talk to the owner and will get back to us ... they never do... we wanted to enroll our kid again from next year but because of this unpleasant experience I don’t think that will happen...

Teachers are awesome and very accommodating considering the overall growth of the students, I am very pleased that my kid is enrolled here.
