Charles helped me upgrade from a 7+ to 12 iphone and he was so helpful! He greeted me right away answered all my questions and was very patient. He even gave me some tips on how to do certain things since the models were so different. In the middle of helping me another customer walked in and Charles also greeted him right away and told him he'd be with him as soon as he could. I appreciated that as I had come into this store from a different store where I walked in and no one greeted me. A lot of random people standing around and I only saw one store associate.

I came in asking to buy something to solve a problem with my phone and one of the employees offered me a free solution to the problem instead. It is great to find honest people who really want to help. Highly recommended.
