I had a great experience picking out furniture with Lily. She took the time to help me make decisions on what to purchase and she was not pushy. However, when I called back two days later to inquire about my order, none of the other associates or customer service agents could answer my questions. Lily was not there and it was as if the other workers didn't know what has happening in the store. They certainly don't work as a team. After being on hold for the longest time, I was connected to a manager who was able to answer my questions. I will avoid this location in the future and stick to the Dulles location where customer service is top notch. I would give four stars for Lily but only one star for my follow up call, hence the two stars.

Lydia Beshir, my sales person in falls church, was so helpful and friendly. She wasn't push or just trying to get a sale. Lydia was patient to show me all optional furniture. She was truly there to help me. I will recommend for others and certainly come back. Thank you Lydia and value city furniture.

They have some unique items. A little pricey but you can't find any of these stuffs in other stores like Ashley and Havertys. So Value city is a much better option. The sales people there are not pushy either.

Sam thanks so much you made it work for me and i am beyond happy. Even threw in extra pillows. Amazing service.. If you need great customer service i recommend Sam. completely satisfied.

Mohammed was amazing. He was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had. He made sure that I was aware of all the options that the store had available to me and even went out of his way to expedite my delivery so that I was not sleeping on the Floor. This guy is awesome!
