Patient First - Falls Church

I've been here before and it's been fine. However, last time I arrived, I was waiting in the exam room to see a doctor for over an hour. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told that the wait was TWO HOURS. Gee, it'd have been nice to have a heads-up about that. I don't have two hours to waste waiting in an exam room. If they had told me beforehand, I would have understood more, but they straight up didn't say anything and I guess expected me to wait two hours in the exam room without batting an eye. If your time isn't valuable, that's on you, buddy. I actually value my time. I will be looking for a new doctor. Since this place is walk-in only and doesn't do appointments, you'd think that they'd have a system in place to at least notify people of wait times, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Everyone for the most part was terrific. The rad tech ..needs to explain better why you don't wear a cover for radiation/ x-ray. Also needs a better bed side manner. The front staff was fantastic, the nurse or NP was fantastic, the doctor was fantastic. I wanted to give them a 4.5 I definitely recommend this place.

Yesterday I went for the first time and I was extremely surprised by their professionalism and incredible customer service. The lady who registered me and got my insurance information was wonderful!!! The staff was very friendly and the service was very quick. The facilities are very clean and the doctors are very nice as well. Definitely coming back.

I really like this facility and the staff has always been friendly. I'd go back, I've brought my children here and I would recommend this facility to a friend in a heartbeat. I really like that no appointments are necessary. I've only been here on weekends, but there has always been ample parking.

From the moment I entered Patient First the care that I received was exceptional. The receptionist was Very welcoming. The nurse and PA were very thorough. I felt confident with the diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend this Patient First staff.
