Target

Usually they are great. I was going to do curbside but realized 1 item was heavy so decided to come in to get it so the workers didn't have to lift it. My kindness was repaid when they didn't give me at least 1 if not 2 bags of my $140 order as I was missing 5 items. The guest service person loaded the bags into my cart as they had placed the heavy item on a flat bed, so somewhere the item was lost. Thankfully online customer service is refunding me or this would be a 0 star review.

As the first place I’ve been to since 2003, I have to say, I was impressed! The world is really changing. I bought a lovely bathing suit. Be thankful for what you’re given in life. You’ll never know when it’s too late.

Exceptional service. Janee provided exceptional service at the checkout. It was just after opening and the registers were not all open. The self-checkout was lined up. Janee seeing the situation took action to open a mobile check out to assist people in line thus significantly reducing wait times. She was a self-starter, courteous to all customers to provide excellent service. Truly an outstanding employee!

This is by far the worst store I’ve been to. The staff is super unfriendly. I literally had to ask the cashier to give me bags cause he wasn’t bagging anything And to top it all off the price of 50% of the items I purchased were at least 25% higher than the stated price. When I walked over to guests services to speak to someone about the consistently wrong pricing listed the kid gave me so much attitude that I just told him I’ll check the receipt at home and return the stuff at a different location. This is an ongoing issue at this target, especially the rude staff. I’ll be driving to a target in one of neighboring cities with hopefully nicer staff.

On January 22 on 2021 I went to skyline target we’re I was shopping and came across a funko pop on the sales floor why it was there before it could be sold is beyond me but as I proceeded to the cashier and finally rung it out it said it could not be sold so she snatched it out of my hands with no explanation at that point I asked to speak to the manager which she informed they couldn’t sale it to me that there’s a certain date to be sold in a rude form I understand at that point I asked her the manager (ANA) if she could hold it for me at that point she said no repeatedly and told me me to get out and call the 800 number so I will be calling love target just won’t be going to that one
