Excellent customer service. 2 employees helped my daughter - evaluate her gait, measure her arches and generally take her seriously while they help to fit her and select new shoes. They were knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and patient. I’m not exaggerating when I say that these two young women’s attention to my daughter in selecting shoes helped her get excited about a running program that she was feeling unsure of. It really takes the sting out of dropping over $200 on a pair of sneakers and custom insoles (who knew we needed ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f)for your 13 year old.

I stopped in at this store today. The process of analyzing my feet/ankles was pretty effortless yet very helpful in determining my needs. Idrissa, who guided me through the fitting and try-on process, was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I tried on what felt like 100 different shoes. Highly recommend this store.
