Had a good server, very attentive & professional. Food when received was cold. I had the white fish, not to great. Had upset stomach that evening after eating there. I think it might have been the fish. My husband had the ribs which looked great & I tasted & they were pretty good. Place was busy but fast service.
We have enjoyed your food from day you first came to Roanoke! The whole family had their favorites and never hesitated to all agree that Cheddars was the place to go for a good meal. Sadly those days are gone. We have rolled with the menu changes. We have made excuses for the less than normal quality food served. Our final meal was yesterday. My Mother had her usual of the smaller salmon meal with bourbon glaze. Less than half it's usual portion and vegetables fresh from the refrigerator. If they where steamed it was for barely 2 seconds. Unedible. I have to say my meal of cream sauce over shrimp,fish, and rice was fairly tasty, however immediately following consumption elimination of stomach contents was explosive. Thus the night continued with my mother and I both frequenting the bathroom. So again, Good bye Cheddars. You forever more will reside on our do not eat at list.
Very nice, but very busy. Food was delicious!! Our waitress was nice and very respectable. I did see a lot of people with no mask. Was clean and cold so wear a long sleeve shirt or maybe a jacket.
Went here for our 40th anniversary and it was my first time there...WOW... it was perfect! Our server (Sam) was so sweet and very helpful in helping us decide what to order and checked in on us often. The drinks were spot on and we will be back! A restaurant is only as good as the people that work there. Thank you for making it a special day.
The wait was great the food was awesome the server was awesome but the service for the food was very slow was there a total of 2 hours including weight
