Friendly staff. Rather efficient for not having a drive-thru window. No secret menu item, that I could figure out. :) Chicken was juicy and good. Fresh waffle fries. Shakes were yummy! Long line to order but moved pretty quickly.

With all the regulations with covid they just dropped my sauce right on top of my fries. Wth.

The place was super busy when my family and I visited, yet we were able to get our mobile carry out order within 10 or so minutes. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely visit again!

The waffle fries had so much salt, they were inedible but maybe was an accident because the bottom ones were ok. Chicken sandwich had a generous amount of tomato and Lettuce. Not sure of mentioned pickles. Needed some sauce. Are you supposed to ask for that? This is my 3rd time there so not used to it.

Chic fil a used to have the fastest drive through of any fast food restaurant, I don't know what happened to the one in Salem? I sat in line a good 4-5 min and it didn't move AT ALL? Then it was still slow to get through. Must be new management? So sad to see it drop off like that
