Delicious authentic food, portion size was fair, slightly more expensive than most Mexican restaurants.
Went a few weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. I felt unwelcome, our server was disheveled in appearance and not knowledgeable of the menu, nor did they try to get the information for us. Lots of seafood options taken off the menu. We felt like we were a bother. There was an issue that was rectified, unwillingly and not without attitude. Five people approached our table and we did not receive an apology or any type of empathy. Won't be back. There are better restaurants to give my money to.
I LOVE Mexican food. And I travel for work so I eat it all over this Great country of ours. That being said, folks this place is absolutely incredible. No joke. The interior is beautiful. Squeaky clean. Servers are wonderful. The food is delicious. It is not the cheapest place in America. But it is WELL worth the few dollars per entree more. Fabulous experience.
This is without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant we have eaten at in the eastern United States! The pictures really do not do it justice. The restaurant is clean. The wait staff friendly and seem to love their jobs. My daughter and I made a special trip to Roanoke VA just to eat at this restaurant on a weekend shopping trip. We will definitely go back...probably in a few weeks!
