The manager was very friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the new ordering procedure. I am used to Subway and Chipotle and their assembly line operation. This place has you fill out an order form that will be the bag your sandwich comes it. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was supposed to come with deli sliced chicken but there was a supply chain snafu so they used cut chicken breast. It was great this way. We also got the BLT with avocado. It was also very good and they got a decent amount of bacon on it. I feel sorry for them that their sharpies keep walking away. They need to tape big flowers on them like other places that have to supply pens. There is too much aluminum foil being used to wrap the sandwiches and there is no way to separate for recycling. The wrapping paper is also substantial in it's quantity and quality. The packaging waste is the only real negative I can think of. I will go back with no hesitation.

We had an amazing experience here. The manager was able to ask any of our questions about the vegan options. When he didn’t know the answer, he would check the food boxes. Then, when they didn’t have a box, he looked up the specific brand and ingredient for us (without us asking). All of the staff was nice, the food was amazing, and it is right off the interstate.

No friendly service to start with. Way overpriced for what it is. I got the cheeaseburger sub which was nasty, meat was not hot and bacon was not hot. The only thing good about it was the fries. Had tried it when they first opened, didn't think much then but now I know I will not be back.

Wow that sammich was amazing. I got the wicked one and wow! Hot, fresh, melt in my mouth goodness and absolutely nothing bad about this place or food. The way you order, the cleanliness, the food wow- Mrs. Lush
