The branch hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and they always close earlier. Just came from there and arrived at 3:30 pm and they were already closed. There is always long waiting times when is open and they do not work as the scheduling times shows. Also the manager is very rude and one day made me go inside the branch to make a deposit, when I was trying to make the deposit at the drive through because there were only two cashiers. Hellooo we are in a pandemic she could make better decisions like one cashier for the drive through and the other to take care of the clients that wanna go inside the branch. I am very disappointed with this branch service. Therefore I am closing my accounts soon

This is a terrible branch of BOA. I moved 10 years ago and turned in my safety deposit box keys when I moved. Since then, they have kept billing me for the usage fee. I've called and talked to Maria who insisted I had to come in to close it (again, a problem since I've MOVED and don't have the key since I turned them in before). She then said I had to email her. She then said I had to mail her a request to close it. I did all of the following and she says she never received them and that I need to come in. Rinse, lather, repeat. I'm now getting a bill for $415 for a box I haven't used in 10 years, and no one seems to want to help me figure out how to deal with this despite repeated calls. On top of which, no one EVER answers their phone, so even getting through is an issue. Avoid this branch at all costs.

There is only 1 teller, 6 ppl in line and 4 ppl in each room “waiting” for ppl. Poor management, why not have the ppl in the little offices to multitask. May bey the flow would be quicker. But thank you for your services.

Today, at this Bank of America branch. Even through I like this Bank of America location. It’s pretty disgusting out the ATM and parking lot area. Customers trash lay out on the ground. I know the COVID-19 can strain to get some help outside to clean up the trash. If a tourist from another state saw how disgusting the parking lot is. They might go to another location. Please get a temporary trash can outside this Bank of America location. Littering trash is wrong and it’s not good for business.
