I went through a brutal divorce and messy custody battle where I interacted with many personal lawyers, not to mention guardian ad litems, arbitrators, etc. Of them all, my experience with Ben was, by far, the best! He took the time to discuss my issues, choices, and possible outcomes. He is organized and always remembered the details of my case. Working with Ben, I was able to remove my children from a tough situation and they are now very successful and productive members of society. Ben helped me obtain a lot of the happiness in my life today! A bad lawyer can cost you way more than their fees. I'm glad I found Ben!

Ben is an excellent layer. The best way to know if you have a good lawyer is if your lawyer will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. My divorce was a long, tedious process but Ben helped every step of the way with professionalism, courtesy and respect. I am confident that the results of my divorce would not have been as positive if I were working with anyone else. To be clear, everyone loses in a divorce, but having the most desirable outcome for yourself starts with having the right person to work in your best interests. Ben does that through helping you understand your options (even if you do not like them) in a kind and calming way while always striving for the best possible outcome. If anyone is reading this and is on the fence about retaining his services, don't.

Mr. Carafiol is an excellent lawyer! He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for his clients. He represented me in a divorce case and I could have not asked for a better outcome! He made me feel confident and was very fast to respond to any questions and concerns. If you are seeking a knowledgeable attorney that will fight for you you should definitely go with Mr. Carafiol he is truly an amazing attorney. Definitely deserves more then 5 stars!

Excellent and professional, with a great touch of un-biased and welcoming spirit. Benjamin will treat your case with much deserved attention. His meticulous approach to success shows great character ... then you realize that you hired a master of his craft ;)

Ben has been my divorce attorney for seven years. He is superb in every particular. He is always prepared, very strategic, and looks out for my dollar, which is sooo appreciated! I've recommended him many times and will continue to do so.
