While I don't know much about family law, I am thankful I trusted my adoption case to Attorney Teresa Pagliaro and her Paralegal Davina Locklear. Teresa's performance in court made it obvious she was prepared for anything that would have been thrown at her. Even if the outcome was different, my review would not change, as I know I was well represented. Thank you for your services! Keep up the good work.

Jasmine Moore represented us (me and my husband) in our adoption case. I am very happy with the service Ms. Moore and her paralegal Ms. Locklear provided for our family. They were both always responsive, whenever they had news or an update, they would let us know right away. I was looking for a friend type response as well as a professional response, which I always received from Ms. Moore. She was always pleasant to talk to and whenever I had a question, she would answer it. Through out the whole process she explained step by step what would happen and let me know all my options. Nicole O'Neal from Livesay & Myers, P.C represented me in my divorce. She, as well as her paralegal were extremely responsive. I never was waiting long for news and I knew that I didn't have to continue to reach out, but when they had news or an update they were quick to let me know.nnNicole was easy to talk to, she walked me through each thing and explained the process to me. I was completely at ease in knowing they would take care of everything for me and making sure I was getting a fair agreement.nnThough, I have never worked with other attorneys, the comparison to how quickly I would receive news to my (now) ex would is a world of difference. I would get updates as soon as they came in, where my ex would get an update on Thursday or Friday, leaving the entire weekend when things could have been worked on.nnWhile no one ever wants to plan on getting divorced, if you are seeking a lawyer you should make it as easy and stress free as possible and use this law firm.nn10/10 would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Lindsay Connolly was the second lawyer from Livesay & Myers that I worked with after my child support and custody case got moved from Fairfax County to Fredericksburg. Consistent with my first experience, Lindsay and her team delivered exceptional service and I was happy that I continued on with Livesay & Myers. She helped me navigate through a lengthy and unnecessarily complicated case at times. All of my questions were immediately answered, and any concerns I had were worked through and explained, which helped to significantly lower my stress level related to these proceedings. Although I hope that I will never need their services again, I would definitely recommend Livesay & Myers to anyone needing a lawyer for divorce, child support, and/or custody.
