Check in was extremely long. We arrived at midnight after driving for 5 hours and it wasn’t a pleasant experience trying to get settled in quickly. The lights in our room didn’t cut off, the switch didn’t work, so we had to unscrew the bulbs. I had reservations set for when we drove back through a few days later but quickly cancelled those. Not impressed.

I stayed there during the winter storm the night prior to catch a flight out the next morning. Missy the receptionist was awesome and very pleasing upon arrival. Later that week, I book in another hotel in the same area, due to winter storm, and my food deliver was sent to this hotel. After speaking with Patrick at the front desk of Hyatt place, my delivery got messed up and had to renew my delivery with Dominos. He was very professional about this situation and was willing to help me. This is true services. I had to wait for my food for another 3 hours but was happy that Patrick was willing to help me out. Thank you for your services.

It looks like a good hotel, but it’s not.nnThe room wasn’t what we expected. There was a mild odor throughout the room and mold in the shower. The toilet had some issues, and you had to jiggle the handle just right to get it to stop running. The metal-rimmed mirror closet was off the tracks and released metal dust into the air whenever you moved it.nnThe hallways and elevators weren’t much better. The elevator opened before the car had settled and buttons often got stuck. Even after the cleaning crew came around, there was trash in common areas.nnThere were a lot of strange characters hanging around the hotel too. For example, a specific couple tried opening the door multiple times when my daughter and I were in there, and later that day they approached her with my husband and hyper focused their conversation on her. I’ve never experienced anything like this. It was super creepy.

Wonderful in every way. Their staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable. Very clean and ample supply of masks and sanitizer. Room was really nice and very clean. Housekeeping does their job at this hotel. Would highly recommend.
