Had to walk to the front desk at 4 a.m. to get a roll of toilet paper because we had a very small amount of a used roll left when we checked in. You can forget a lot of minimal things when cleaning a room, but not one of the most detrimental items needed! Other than that the stay was great! Clean and courteous!
Clean, modern room. The front desk, along with the folks running the breakfest area were very friendly and engaging. They made up for a average check in the night before. Based on the location from the interstate, cleanliness of the hotel and the room plus the morning staff I'd recommend this hotel.
The hotel and staff could not have been more accommodating! The room was clean and spacious and every effort to make us comfortable was made. 16 restaurants were surrounding the property as well as an excellent mall if shopping is needed as well.Shuttle transport was provided to the airport with no issues whatsoever. Most definitely the best hotel in Roanoke that I've stayed in and will do again
Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Hotel staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.
Had a great stay! Staff was nice. I just wish the bathroom was updated. Love the abundance of Lysol products around the hotel to keep it clean!
